How You Will Make an Impact

The Director, Human Resources is an integral part to the success of Atlas Energy's corporate, manufacturing and last mile operations. This role manages the employee life cycle, strategic planning and targeted solutions for Atlas at the manufacturing and last mile sites. The Director, Human Resources is a trusted partner and advisor across the organization.

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX with 50% travel to the field.
