We are seeking a Lubrication Specialist within this division who takes as much pride in their craft as we do to work embedded within our customer’s facility to monitor equipment health, implement practical solutions, and increase the facilities uptime overall through sound lubrication practices.

Job Description:

The Lubrication Specialist manages the plant’s lubrication program on site by establishing practical but detailed tasks for each asset, completing certain routes themselves and ensuring others are adhered to, and fine-tuning at all levels of the program to reduce human error. Most of this work will be carried out in the field, with responsibilities to include:

The Lubrication Specialist reports to the Reliability Services Engineer, is supported by the Field Professional, and works alongside the Vibration Analyst.

Job Type: Full time M-T; hourly, 40 hours per week – 4/10 schedule; OT eligible

Pay: $24-$26 per hour
