ENMAX Power is looking for a Commercial Contract Management Specialist to help shape and optimize our commercial contract management processes across our portfolio.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing contract workflows, ensuring seamless execution from drafting and negotiation to closeout. You’ll collaborate closely with key business units—including Legal, Supply Chain Management, Regulatory, Insurance, Credit, Asset Management, Field Services, and Finance—to ensure compliance with our commercial contract governance model.

Your expertise will help minimize risks, improve contract consistency, and enhance decision-making with counterparties. By streamlining processes and driving efficiency, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing commercial contract management for ENMAX Power and its stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities:* Develop, implement, and operate governance and management systems and programs to reduce business risk and improve commercial contract management cycles.

Education Required:* Contract Management designation, Business degree, Law degree, Procurement degree, MBA and/or equivalent with 5+ years of experience working with, supporting, and leading commercial contracts and contract management, construction, and project management

Qualifications & Experience:* 7 years of relevant experience in industry

Competencies:* Relationship builder with the ability to collaborate effectively with key internal and external contacts to achieve objectives

Salary: Supply Chain Level C (Current CUPE 2025 rates)

$104,625.61 - $111,172.15 - $117,718.69 - $124,245.39 - $130,791.93

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Note:* We have changed the way we connect with our candidates. Initial interviews may be done virtually as well as parts of our on-boarding and job training may be completed remotely.
