Responsible for Safe Work practices, delivery, and safe execution of planned and approved reactive Maintenance scopes. Leading operational teams relating to Wind Farm, safety, emergency preparedness, response, asset monitoring and associated topics regarding equipment, tools, and systems used to maintain assets operationally and for production output.. Includes identification and evaluation of operational risks and setting operational performance targets and measures. May include oversight/scheduling of a preventative maintenance program and maintenance related functional activities as job planning, scheduling, shift control, performance monitoring and liaisons with operations groups to ensure equipment/plant scheduled downtimes are coordinated effectively.
You are utilizing your knowledge independently and empowering a small highly competent team to deliver safe execution of maintenance tasks offshore. Ability to solve highly complex tasks with a short to medium-term tactical impact/risk with a reduced impact on the logistical requirements. You address key business challenges that align with Equinor's short and long-term strategy by setting targets and executing work for your team, which you lead, or by defining and delivering services for a specific area. You may oversee a project/task within a wider portfolio. You independently lead communication with stakeholders across the business as well as with partners and external parties. You facilitate the decision-making processes. You oversee execution of improvement agendas, and coach others to embrace change and ambiguity. You demonstrate flexibility to adopt new activities/ways of working that are highly complex and actively communicate to others on how to do so. This position involves supporting teams of wind turbine technicians offshore in a rotating 14-day vessel-based operations that include leadership, guidance, and asset performance management. This role reports to the Plant Director.
