Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in office management, clerical duties, and team coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional environment while managing various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.


Duties

- Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations

- Oversee front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette

- Coordinate event planning for company functions and meetings

- Support team management initiatives

- Assist with payroll processing and budgeting tasks to ensure financial accuracy and reporting

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents

- Support office supply management and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient

- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence handling

- Support on Daily Scale Operations with accurate data entry


Skills

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical background

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with event planning, vendor management, and calendar management software

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic budgeting techniques

- Supervising experience or team management skills to lead administrative staff effectively

- Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding, training & development, and employee records management

- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required

- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment

- Demonstrated ability to manage office supplies, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems with professionalism

This Part-Time Office Manager position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to utilize their diverse administrative skills in a dynamic work environment.


Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
