Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Organize and maintain a filing system for both electronic and paper documents
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Act as a personal assistant to the owner
- Create invoices as requested
- Provide general customer service support to clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using office management software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
