About The Site
The Grays Harbor Energy Center is a 2X1 combined cycle power generation facility using GE’s 7FA gas turbine platform and GE D-11 Steam Turbine. The facility is located in Elma, Washington (approximately 40 miles from Olympia, WA).
Position Overview
The O&M Technician provides the organization with a knowledgeable, multi-skilled, troubleshooting expert who operates and maintains a 600 MW combined cycle power station. This position requires highly flexible individuals that work various shift schedules in a Team environment performing various team support functions.
Responsibilities* The O&M Technician will be a team player performing operations, maintenance, and technical support to achieve safe, cost-effective operation and maintenance of the Grays Harbor Energy Center.Required Qualifications* Minimum 1 year of directly related operations, mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation and controls experience (I&C) experience in a power generation facility or a minimum of 1 year of directly related mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation and controls experience maintaining large industrial equipment.
Prefered Qualifications* GE 7FA experience is a plus but not required.

Base Pay
$38.13 - $52.36 USD Hourly
Bonus: 0% - 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
