Nondestructive Examination Technician

Opportunity Overview: Nondestructive Examination Technician – Contract Role for Fall outage 2025

WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse is looking for an NDE Technician for the Fall 2025 outage season. This position will be at Waltz Mill in Madison, PA

This role provides hands-on work in containment to execute primary side service activities. In addition to the responsibilities below, there is work in high dose and high contamination areas, often in additional protective clothing, and sometimes with various forms of respiratory protection.

What your day-to-day looks like:

+ Changing eddy current probes - must be able to recognize different eddy current probe types. + Adding or removing conduit + Loading plugs onto end effectors + Loading end effectors onto Pegasys or ROSA manipulators
