Duties

•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
•Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
•Proven experience in a nitrogen sales role or customer service environment is preferred.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
•A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
•Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
