Network Technician

Sprout Fiber Internet, powered by Cullman Electric Cooperative, is seeking highly qualified, talented, and motivated applicants for the position of Network Technician.

NETWORK TECHNICIAN

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two (2) years internet installation experience is required. Experience in WI-FI fundamentals and experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED INCLUDE: Ability to participate in the installation of Sprout Fiber Internet for residential and commercial subscribers. Ability to analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Possess and exhibit the ability and desire to provide prompt, courteous, and reliable services to the end-use customer and possess the ability to communicate tactfully and effectively in dealing with customers, the general public, supervisors and co-workers. Applicants should have working knowledge in a business environment with Windows based software for database, word processing, and spreadsheet creation.
