Greylock Energy is seeking a Natural Gas Marketing and Transportation Manager to work in our Charleston, WV office. As an empowered member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transportation, delivery, and sale of natural gas from the company's network of wells and pipelines to external customers through various intrastate and interstate pipelines.
- Thorough understanding of the crude oil and natural gas marketing, transportation, and exchange process.
- Strong knowledge of natural gas transportation pipelines (tariffs, nominations, etc.)
- Proven experience negotiating sales, processing, transportation, and hedging agreements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure and while working alone.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to effectively perform the following duties; other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee the transportation of natural gas and oil from production sites to sales points.
- Act as a liaison between Greylock's internal teams and external pipeline companies and customers.
- Negotiate and optimize purchase, sales, transportation, and processing contracts with pipeline companies, suppliers, and customers.
- Complete daily spot sales (including entry into Quorum), nominations, and confirmations in a timely manner.
- Be on call two weeks every month (including evenings and weekends) to act as the primary point of contact in case of transportation or production disruptions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of 10 years of related oil and gas experience to be considered.
- A bachelor’s degree in an analytical focused major with a minimum of 5 years of related oil and gas experience is preferred.
