Headquartered in Sterling Heights Michigan, Coplas employs approximately 50 employees. Coplas is seeking knowledgeable, self-directed, experienced and hardworking individuals interested in the automotive industry as a Mold Maker.

Job SummaryReporting Structure:

Reporting to the Molding Manager, the Mold Maker is responsible to upgrade and maintain all existing tooling. They will be responsible for, adhering to the policies and procedures outlined in the ISO9001:2015 AND IATF 16949 Quality System and practicing continuous improvement wherever possible.
