Mobile Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. J Bee’z Truck & Crane Service is a family ran business operating out of Pincher Creek serving Southern Alberta and BC. We offer opportunities as mobile crane operators, boom truck operators, truck drivers, pilot drivers and riggers. Applicant must be willing to perform demanding physical labour at times. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Pay will depend mainly on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

-Operate various types of cranes, including rigging and boom trucks to perform lifting tasks in compliance with safety regulations.

-Adhere to all safety requirements as well as government standards and regulations.

-Ensure all loads are properly secured and balanced.

-Ability to perform various types of rigging to efficiently complete minor to complex jobs.

-Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the general public.

Shift:

-10-12 hours - Days with Overtime available

Preferred Skills:

-Journeyman, experience preferred

-Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather

-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

-Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights

-Possess a valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence

-Clean commercial vehicle driver’s abstract (5 years)
