About the Role
We're hiring an ML Data Scientist to join the enterprise data & analytics team. You'll design and deliver machine learning models that power actionable insights across clinical, operational, and customer-facing domains.
Your work will span data exploration, model development, and business storytelling with an emphasis on solving real-world problems and creating high-utility products. If you love finding signal in noise, asking the right questions, and turning models into momentum, you'll thrive here.
- Develop machine learning models and predictive systems to support business and clinical strategy
- Apply preprocessing, feature selection, and data mining techniques to complex datasets (structured and unstructured)
- Interpret and clean large datasets, identifying patterns and turning insights into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to frame problems and translate them into data solutions
- Visualize insights in compelling, intuitive formats (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Deliver presentations and narratives that clarify complex results for executive and operational audiences- 5+ years in data science, analytics, or applied ML roles
- Strong experience in ML algorithms (e.g., kNN, SVM, forests, etc.) and statistical modeling
- Skilled in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R); familiarity with modern cloud-based environments
- Strong understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and multivariable calculus
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and real-world constraints
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, D3.js, etc.)
- Excellent communicator able to align data insights with business strategy
- Proven Databricks usage
- Healthcare industry exposure
