Position Overview:
Standard Restoration is seeking for a strong business minded Mitigation Manager who is self-motivated, passionate about process improvement and employee development, and has a clear vison for how to operate an efficient and successful department. The ideal candidate has many years of experience in the restoration industry and in managing teams that perform all types of water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation services.

Responsibilities:
•Closely oversee and manage the mitigation Field Technicians to ensure profitability and timely execution of work
•Communicate values, strategies, and objectives to the team and hold people accountable
•Coordinate emergency clean up services, mitigation work, and job monitoring
•Inspect properties, identify all damages, and develop a plan to mitigate
•Communicate with clients and adjusters the scope and expectations for mitigation projects
•Serve as primary contact with owners, adjusters, and consultants
•Participate in on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses
•Maintain and improve division effectiveness by recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a variety of roles for the department
Qualifications:
•3+ years Restoration Industry experience
•IICRC Certification (Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is a plus.
•Experience working with insurance companies on claims
•Able to work independently while maintaining a "team-player" attitude
•Strong computer skills with proficiency in Xactimate and Dash
•Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, stay organized and prioritize effectively
•Impressive professional etiquette displaying integrity, respect, and thoughtfulness

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
