We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Mini-Golf Attendant to join our team. As a Mini-Golf Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude

- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns

- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility

- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules and regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

- Handle guest complaints or conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner

Requirements:

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests of all ages

- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively

- Experience working with children is a plus

- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
