Job Overview:

GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Millwright to join our Valued Clients team at a manufacturing and mineral extraction facility in Thorold, ON. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical machinery and equipment.

- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic procedures to minimize downtime.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment.

Qualifications:

- Journeyperson certification or registered 3rd year Millwright Apprentice.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

- Proficient in mechanical repairs, alignment, and equipment installation.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in both manufacturing and mining/mineral extraction settings.

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Work Environment:

- Industrial facility setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment.

- Use of PPE is mandatory. May include working in confined spaces or elevated areas.
