Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Will occasionally need to work non-standard hours

POSITION SUMMARY:

Position will be responsible for developing timely and accurate project cost estimates for labor services. Key function of producing our cost estimate will be the ability to accurately complete quantity take-offs and apply estimated hours. Person will be responsible for analyzing RFQ documents to assure that all information that has been provided will allow us to accurately identify project scope of work, and any potential risks.

Individual must be able to professionally collaborate with the client and the internal business development team possessing a “Bid it to Win it” attitude throughout the RFQ process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Nationwide Fixture Installations (NFI) is searching for an experienced Millwork Estimator to join our estimating team. This position is best suited to candidates who are technically savvy, have strong communication skills, can work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Candidates must be accountable, reliable, detail oriented, and have a construction management or related degree or commercial estimating experience.
