The Midstream Maintenance Technician focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting pump systems in midstream operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with triplex, horizontal and centrifugal pumps at SWD and oil facilities. Responsibilities include mechanical seal replacements, diagnosing and repairing bad valves or leaking fittings, and general oilfield maintenance.

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on midstream pumps, including triplex, horizontal and centrifugal, pumps.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical seals, leaking fittings, and malfunctioning valves.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of pumps and compression equipment.

- Assist with installation, startup, and optimization of new and existing equipment.

- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.

- Provide field support and technical expertise while proactively sharing knowledge with team members.

Qualifications

- Experience with pump repair in oil and gas operations.

- Strong understanding of centrifugal, triplex, horizontal, and split-cage pumps.

- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform general oilfield maintenance.

- Knowledge of mechanical seals, fittings, and valve repairs.

- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
