Location: This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday assigned to the One Energy Plaza Service Center, located in Jackson, MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).


General Summary of Job Responsibilities

The Manager of IT manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of IT operations. Responsibilities for organization-wide systems and information implementation, maintenance and performance. Manages employees, contractors, and vendors who provide operational support to business partners for first and second level incident management ad hoc projects including overseeing financial budgets for each area. Responsibility for ensuring key human resource functions is conducted, including interviewing, selection/hiring, conducting performance assessments, and more.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of integrating Power Platform with other systems

Ability to understand AI technologies (preferably Co-pilot) and integration with Dynamics.
Strong understanding of the Power Platform solution deployment model
Experience with common Power Platform data sources such as Dataverse and SharePoint lists
Experience with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions
Familiar with Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools Microsoft C# & ASP.NET
Understand and manage IT budgets. Identify and implement waste elimination and cost optimization ideas. Minimize operational costs while maintaining quality service
Assess internal and vendor solutions and develop strategies for IT products and services. Understand key digital assets and how these technologies are influencing business decisions and transforming how the company works. Coach others on the benefits and risks associated with technology
Provide direction for IT coworkers. Measure progress on quality of delivery and/or operations. Use data to drive decision making. Apply problem-solving and continuous improvement practices
Contribute to IT initiatives including one or more of the following - Design and deploy new IT systems or adds functionality to existing systems; Operate and maintain IT systems; and/or Deliver IT services. Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform
Experience supporting and enhancing existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines, ALM processes, and CI/CD
Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven app development
Experience designing and configuring security roles and access controls in Dynamics 365
Proven ability to architect, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions
Experience working in an Agile or product-focused environment
Experience leading people, projects, and/or cross-functional teams or initiatives in a technical environment; Experience designing, deploying, operating and/or maintaining IT systems that have delivered measurable business benefits OR experience designing, delivering and enhancing IT services that support the delivery of IT systems

Associate's degree in IT or related field and 7+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform
Experience supporting and enhancing existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
