Qualifications

- Must be able to read, write and speak English effectively.

- Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

- Must have a good degree of mechanical aptitude.

- Must have a MVD license and a good driving record.

- Must be physically able to perform the duties required.

Duties

- *Turn off, remove, reset, change, turn on gas meters and combinations thereof, in accordance with established procedures. This includes the re-lighting of gas appliances and the resetting and/or adjustment of service regulators if necessary. - *Inspect gas facilities on customers' premises for safety and adherence to safety codes.

- Assists other field men in related duties.

THIS IS A DOT SAFETY‑SENSITIVE POSITION. ANY APPLICANT TRANSFERRING INTO THIS POSITION FROM A NON‑SAFETY‑SENSITIVE POSITION WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS A PRE‑EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN.
