Requirements:
•Education & Experience: High school diploma and at least two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and productive with minimal supervision. Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn industry-specific software. Able to ensure data accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and understand technical processes and regulatory requirements.

A Day in the Life:
•Ensure Data Accuracy: Monitor meter data and systems daily to ensure accurate, validated usage information for billing and reporting.
•Solve Metering Issues: Investigate, document, and resolve communication or data errors with meters, modules, and software systems.
•Support System Interfaces: Verify that metering systems interface correctly with customer information and outage management systems.
•Collaborate Across Teams: Analyze usage data and work with other departments to improve service quality and support innovative programs.
•Coordinate Meter Maintenance: Schedule meter testing, process meter test records, and support fieldwork planning and follow-up.
Additional Details:
•Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Braham, MN Headquarters building.
•Hybrid Option: This position may offer a hybrid work arrangement after a training period.
