Mountain Parks Electric is a distribution cooperative seeking an individual for the Member Services Representative/ Engineering Clerk position in our Granby, Colorado location. The Member Services Representative/ Engineering Clerk (MSR/EC) provides efficient, accurate and courteous service pertaining to new service requests and member-owner accounts, including but not limited to billing, service requests, account adjustments, payment arrangements, capital credits, tariffs, financial instruments, and memberships. This position serves member-owners by assisting with billing inquiries, use of the member service portal, account set-up and updates, payment assistance programs, rebate programs, letters of credit, and any other member related services. This position processes new service requests, sets up files, and enters data into database for tracking the status of new service projects and work orders.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; one year customer services related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual skills are preferred. Must be a current Colorado notary public or become one within 60 days of hire and maintain throughout employment. Basic first aid and CPR certification required within 6 months of hire. Must keep current and valid throughout employment. Must have a valid driver's license and keep current and valid throughout employment. Strong administrative skills and self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision in an effective and efficient manner.
