The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and costs effectively s they pertain to the NYC construction industry . As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the bidding process, ensuring accurate pricing and contract negotiations while maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle. You must regularly communicate with suppliers and vendors for updated pricing and lead times
