We are looking for an Entry-Level Mechanical Designer to join our engineering team. This role is perfect for individuals with drafting experience who are eager to grow into a design career. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and designers, learning industry best practices while contributing to real-world projects.

· Create and update 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
· Assist in preparing detailed manufacturing drawings and documentation.
· Support senior engineers by translating concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
· Help maintain drawing standards, revisions, and file organization.
· Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure designs are clear and practical.
· Learn and grow through hands-on projects, mentorship, and training opportunities.
· Diploma, associate degree, or coursework in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Drafting, CAD Design, or related field.
· Up to 2 years of drafting/design experience (internships, co-op placements, or entry-level work welcome).
· Basic proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor, or similar).
· Understanding of technical drawings, dimensioning, and drafting standards.
· Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
· Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and industry standards.
· Exposure to industrial or heavy equipment design.
· Familiarity with manufacturing processes (welding, machining, fabrication).
· Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
· Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
