- Some high school or equivalent and/or vocational and/or prior job experience in mechanical welding and hydraulics
- Welding, mechanical knowledge; ability to read tape measure and blueprints.
- Ability to lift 20-50lbs., Push 50-100lbs and Carry 25-50lbs
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and diagrams
- Reports to Shop Supervisor.
- Must have ability to completely mount ,assemble and performance check all products as directed by the Shop Supervisor.
- Must have the ability to weld and flame –cut , as required.
- Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and written instructions.
- Will be responsible for the quality of the installation and repairs of the work he performs.
- Must have the ability to repair and service products as directed by the Shop Supervisor.
- May be required to perform road service and repairs.
- May be required to assist or operate dielectric test equipment.
- Must be able to properly use diagnostic equipment as required.
- Must be able to properly test equipment as required.
- Will furnish own hand tools as directed by the Company.
- To provide quality and timely workmanship on each work order performed
- Uses impact wrenches to drill, bolt various components onto mobile hydraulic equipment
- Uses small and large manual hand tools to bolt assemble various components onto mobile equipment
- Maintains daily time records on each job assigned
- Follows all established safety policies and practices.
