Description Position Summary
The Measurement Supervisor is a leadership role that will provide mentorship, supervision and expertise to the Measurement team. The Measurement Supervisor will provide support to the team for the purpose of optimizing operations, leading measurement technicians in daily activities. Salary commensurate with experience. This position is based out of Midland, Texas.

Essential Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of measurement technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Serves as liaison between Management and Field Operations.
- Ensures Measurement Technicians are adequately trained and addresses technical training needs as they arise.
- Liaise with Manager, Asset Integrity & Reliability to ensure measurement data quality in Maximo and coordinates training as appropriate for measurement technicians.
- Manages the scheduling of measurement technicians to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Reviews and analyzes measurement data to ensure quality and consistency.
- Enhances visibility and communication with leadership and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assists in monthly financial and operational lease review meetings and provides support for expenses incurred during the month being evaluated.
- Ensures the safety of personnel by monitoring and reporting safety hazards and concerns to immediate Supervisor and/or Safety Director.
- Assists in the development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Oversees and manages troubleshooting of operational problems for assigned region(s).
- Manages and maintain timecards of direct reports in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains a qualified staff and manages employee productivity and scheduling.
- Ensures all work sites and employees maintain full compliance to Company and customer standards, policies, and procedures.
- Sets a standard as a leader in commitment to safety, following all company safety procedures and policies, including attending required safety meetings.
- Ensures ongoing employee training to develop employees for advancement.
- Adheres and leads by example on Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to KPA, JSAs, Training, Incident Reports, and Safety Observations
- Participates in performance management, hiring, development and disciplinary processes
- Verifies that timesheets are reviewed and approved on a timely manner and complies with regulations and policies on accurate time tracking.
- Ensures appropriate coverage by team including on call schedule is in place
- Abides by Company policy in keeping one's own time up to date, as well as adheres to set schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent as a GED
- 5 years oil and gas experience, with strong understanding of relevant concepts and procedures
- Strong knowledge of measurement tools, techniques, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self- motivated and strong time-management skills for multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally across all levels of staff, customers, and vendors.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
- Must be computer literate and be proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solver with strong critical and analytic skills
- Must exhibit exemplary punctuality in accordance with the Company's attendance policies
- Must have a valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle
- Able to travel as limited
- Associates or Bachelors degree in related field such as electrical or electronic technology
- Previous supervisory experience
- 5 years of related oilfield experience
- Experience utilizing Maximo or equivalent asset integrity/maintenance management software
- Must be able to talk and hear.
- Must be able to drive and sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk, kneel, climb stairs and lift over 50lbs for continuous hours.
- Individual will be required to be on call at times to attend field emergencies as needed after hours.
- Must be able to use their hands to handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and fine manipulation.
- May be exposed to loud noises, occupational hazards, and/or other outdoor elements
- Must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to, extreme hot, extreme cold, wind, rain, hail, dust, snow, sleet, ice, etc. as well as wet/humid and/or dry/arid conditions.
- May be exposed to H2S and other industry related chemicals.
- May be subject to working in low-lit areas
- May encounter wildlife.
- Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
