Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Collaborate with various departments to understand production schedules and material requirements.

•

Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast future demand.

•

Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production needs while minimizing carrying costs.

•

Implement inventory control strategies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

•

Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

•

Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with suppliers.

•

Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues.

•

Generate purchase orders based on demand forecasts and production schedules.

•

Track and manage order status, expediting as necessary.

•

Coordinate with receiving and production teams to ensure seamless material flow.

•

Work closely with production teams to understand changes in production schedules.

•

Anticipate and address any potential material shortages or delays.

•

Run ERP, MRP on daily basis. Manage ERP data including but not limited to vendors, price lists, safety stock and reordering quantity and policies.

•

Analyze data related to material usage, lead times, and supplier performance.

•

Generate reports to provide insights into material planning metrics.

•

Identify opportunities for process improvement in material planning and procurement.

•

Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

•

Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations

•

Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.

•

Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

•

2+ years of procurement or supply chain experience with proven experience in material planning or a similar role.

•

Familiarity with inventory management software, and ERP systems.

•

Proficient in MS Excel

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

•

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

•

Proactive and able to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.

•

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•

Speaking Chinese (Mandarin) and able to communicate with overseas vendors at night if needed.
