Role: Marketing Manager – Dealer Growth and Partnerships

Status: Permanent, Full Time

Reports to: Director, Business Development and Marketing

Location: Markham

Summary:

As we launch our new dealer program, we’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive engagement, growth, and success. Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Strategies – Lead the national launch and promotion of our new dealer program from design, writing and implementation of new marketing initiatives including, client and customer engagement programs, lead generation programs, product launches, brand building, digital programs, events, trade advertising, and sales promotions.
Build Strong Partnerships – Foster relationships with dealers, creating compelling campaigns to attract and retain partners.
Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Competitive Insights – Regularly assess market conditions to provide strategic insights for key stakeholders.
Market Analysis & Strategy Optimization – Continuously refine strategies based on market trends and program performance.
Agency Management – Manage marketing agency relationships and budgets to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget.
Metrics – Set program goals and metrics and complete post-project ROI analyses ensuring learning and best practices are leveraged for ongoing improvement.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in marketing, ideally within the HVAC industry or a dealer-focused environment.
Experience: Strong preference to B2B experience or a track record with organizations that deliver technical products and services.
Strategic & Project Management Skills: Proven ability to develop impactful campaigns and manage complex projects.
Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and CRM tools.
Communication & Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead teams, engage partners, and drive results.
Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working in a demanding and dynamic industry.
