As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our e-commerce platform’s performance. You will analyze sales data, adjust pricing strategies, and execute digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with our marketing and sales team to enhance online visibility, manage inventory, and refine business strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
•Monitor and adjust website pricing based on appliance brands and business objectives.
•Generate and analyze monthly sales reports, identifying key insights to drive revenue growth.
•Assist in the execution and optimization of digital and social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
•Analyze marketing campaign data and KPIs to refine strategies for better performance.
•Assist in processing online purchases and managing e-commerce inventory to ensure product availability.
•Work closely with area sales representatives to align e-commerce strategies with field operations.
•Utilize data analytics tools to assess customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance.
•Support business and marketing teams with actionable insights to enhance e-commerce success.
•Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce business workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field required.
Experience:
•2+ years of experience in market analysis, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
•Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar).
•Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies.
•Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online sales processes, and inventory management. Preferably Shopify, ERP systems and Field Service Management software.
•Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
•Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external sales representatives.
•Preferred experience in customer service to assist with troubleshooting website issues as needed.
