Pay: $16 an hour. The second shift qualifies for a $2.00 shift premium. The amount is not inclusive of the total compensation package. Benefits: Eligibility is subject to a new hire waiting period. Once onboard, you'll gain access to our robust benefits package, which includes:

Job Competencies Needed:

To perform this position as a manufacturing team member successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Hearing protection is required and supplied. Eye protection (safety glasses) is required and supplied. You are required to purchase and wear steel-toe safety shoes or boots.

Shift Hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Monday – Friday with occasional overtime to be expected on Saturdays and Sundays.
