Manufacturing Manager

Atlantic Sintered is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of custom components in the metal working Industry. We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager for our 220+ employee-owned business located in Wrentham, MA.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of Manufacturing experience. Compensation will be based on the level of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure production goals are met

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve issues

- Train and mentor manufacturing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols

- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed

Skills:

- Strong leadership and management abilities

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- English/Spanish bilingual is an asset

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

- Proficiency in analyzing data and using it to drive process improvements

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
