As our Manufacturing Engineer
, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our production. We’re moving into a new facility, refreshing all product instructions, and designing new fixtures to support higher capacity and efficiency. This is a rare chance to make a lasting impact by building strong processes from the ground up.
- Lead documentation and standardization of all manufacturing/assembly processes (SOPs, visual work instructions)
- Design and implement new fixtures and tooling to improve efficiency and quality
- Support planning and setup of the new production floor layout, material flow, and equipment moves
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve ergonomics
- Train and support assembly and operations teams on new processes and standards
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations leadership to ensure compliance and readiness for scaling
- Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in a hands-on manufacturing or assembly environment- Proven expertise in process documentation, fixture/tooling design, and production line optimization
- Experience with electronic components and electro-mechanical assemblies (preferred)
- Strong project management and implementation skills
- Passion for building from the ground up and improving legacy processes
