We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Manufacturing Engineer
to join our team in

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and throughput.
- Lead and support capital improvement projects from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support production teams during equipment and process start-ups.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Define and execute CapEx initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
- Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Work authorization to be employed in the United States.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
