Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Data Analyst develops, implements, analyzes, reports, and maintains all the assigned reports to be completed on time and accurate. This individual must deliver reports that have sound data integrity, ensuring the scope of the data request has been fulfilled to the furthest extent possible.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):
- Demonstrates a high level of competency and experience with ERP Systems, TMS systems, and/or inventory/warehousing systems.
- Demonstrates a high level of competency with Microsoft Excel.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or analytical business role.- Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail and immediately notice any discrepancies in data sets
- Shows the ability to solve complex problems individually and quickly.
- Possesses the ability to create solutions to previously unsolved issues.
- Must be able to communicate well with others to understand and deliver solutions to internal customers.
- Shows professionalism, particularly when working with clients and customers or other departments within the company.
- Has the ability to explain complex reports to internal customers and tell the story of the key takeaways and information from the reports.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions.
- Proficient in developing reports using PowerBI.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Work with Management team and the Manufacturing Data Analytics Supervisor to identify and execute assigned requests and tasks.
- Regularly monitor previously delivered reports to ensure data integrity as new characteristics in the data are presented to ensure there are not problems.
- Explain and deliver data in a manner that is easy to interpret and user-friendly.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Extended standing walking and repetitive movements.
- Warehouse and office environment. Some air-conditioned space some unconditioned.
