This role oversees the full lifecycle of high-visibility initiatives—from concept and business case development through planning, execution, and closure—while driving visionary planning, innovative initiative design, and collaborative requirements definition with business and IT stakeholders. Responsibilities include championing quality assurance, proactive risk management, and performance tracking; optimizing PMO methodologies and tools; and making strategic, equitable resource allocation decisions. As part of the IT Leadership Team, this position contributes to budget development, long-term technology strategy, and capability building, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and supporting the growth and success of team members.ResponsibilitiesProject Management Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery excellence. Develop milestone-based project plans, optimize resources, and guide cross-functional teams with clarity and accountability. Manage evolving requirements through value-based prioritization, proactively address risks and issues, and communicate status with transparency.
