NextEra is seeking a Manager of Strategic Initiatives to join the newly formed Transformation Office within the Business Management organization. Business Management owns the P&L for the world’s largest portfolio of renewable assets and is responsible for ensuring these assets meet financial commitments.

Your focus will be on aligning business priorities with technical solutions, ensuring successful adoption of new capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders across Business Units, Digital & IT, Finance and other key functions to shape implementation strategy, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business value.
