Position Overview: The Manager of Construction Operations is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the lighting replacement, welding and construction operations personnel within the organization. This role involves managing and coordinating the activities of field operations supervisors and personnel and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational activities. Manager of Construction Operations is accountable for maintaining service reliability, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead with Safety at the forefront of all activities. + Lead team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. + Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth. + Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.

+ Oversee the daily operations of the personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. + Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. + Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce costs. + Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

+ Coordinate with project operations to plan resource requirements, including staffing, equipment, and materials, to meet operational needs. + Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. + Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure and equipment to identify maintenance and upgrade needs.

+ Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to construction operations. + Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. + Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as required by regulatory agencies.

+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team. + Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technological advancements. + Encourage innovation and implement best practices to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
