What you'll do

As the Manager of the Motor Design Team, you will lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and optimization of electric motors for high-performance applications using Niron's Iron Nitride magnets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electric motor design (including permanent magnet motors), proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in electromechanical systems. We have a once-in-a-generation new magnetic material. We are building a world-class motor team, and we are looking for the person who will lead it.
