Job Summary

This role is responsible for management of Dominion Energy Strategies, Services & Solutions (DES3) financial processes, including monthly forecast deliverables and long term planning submissions in coordination with the broader CFO organization. This includes oversight of DES3 workforce planning for core services functions, O&M expense projection, capital expense project planning and other financial statement analysis.

This role is also responsible for oversight of Dominion Energy affiliate allocation reporting and analysis for compliance with federal and state regulatory guidance. This role actively works with senior leadership to maintain a monthly reporting cadence, presentation of summary materials, aid long term / strategic planning efforts, and disseminate information efficiently throughout the DES3 organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

8-10+ years of experience in financial management and analysis; accounting standards and practices; pricing; cost allocation; budgeting.

Experience managing financial processes that cross multiple states and/or jurisdictions

Skills: proven leadership; effective communication; organization and interpersonal; finance and accounting.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor or Master

Preferred Disciplines: Accounting, Business, Finance

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above

Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
