Description
Located at our Heartland Petrochemical Complex, the Manager, Controls & Automation will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for process controls, plant automation, and OT cybersecurity across the facility. Reporting to Director, Technical Services of the Heartland Business Unit, this role is critical to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations through strategic leadership in technology integration, system lifecycle management, and digital risk mitigation. The Controls & Automation team supports day-to-day operations, long-term capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, playing a key role in optimizing plant performance and maintaining regulatory compliance in a highly automated production environment.
