Position Highlights
The PCM Contracts & Field Management (CFM) department is accountable for managing the contract functions to support
the efficient delivery of services, managing contractor performance, and managing the Quality Assurance process to confirm
construction compliance with Distribution Standards. The Sr Quality Assurance manager is responsible to ensure
compliance to BC Hydro standards.
The Manager, Contracts & Quality Assurance is responsible for:
People Leadership
executing and tracking quality inspections on civil underground construction, managing performance of external inspection
contractors, and reporting on Quality Assurance results.
approving scope changes, controlling costs, and completing work on Regional Optimized Contracts (ROC) Civil
Underground Construction contracts within and outside the Lower Mainland.
