Manager, Business Continuity & Threat Assessment (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid role. The first three months are fulltime in the office.

The Manager, Business Continuity & Threat Assessment works closely with key stakeholders across the company to ensure that business continuity, disaster recovery and threat assessment programs are in place & executed, in coordination with the Eversource All Hazards Emergency Response Plan. This manager serves as the internal subject matter expert for business continuity and threat assessment, and the interface with technology for Disaster Recovery planning.

Essential Functions:

+ BC program governance policies and standards + Business Impact Analysis (BIA) + BC Plan development + BC Exercises + BC program services, processes and tools (i.e., BC planning software) + Training and awareness + BC program monitoring and reporting + Audit and compliance adherence + Work continuation planning for work stoppages + Incident response

$148,410.00-$164,900.00
