Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Specialized Equipment

Are you a skilled and experienced mechanic with a passion for working on specialized equipment in the oil and gas industry? AquaSmart Oil & Gas is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Frac Mechanic specializing in specialized equipment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our frac operations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on specialized frac equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on specialized frac equipment to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, and electrical components.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop effective repair and maintenance strategies.

- Keep detailed documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and equipment records.

- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in frac equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a mechanic, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

- Strong knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing specialized frac equipment.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems used in frac equipment.

- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of 24VDC (240VAC & 480VAC) is a plus

- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Commitment to safety and following all industry regulations.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
