Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
•Over 5 years in an industrial environment.
•Ability to use measuring equipment.
•Working with and be able to interpret drawings and specifications.
•Any combination of education, training experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
•Advanced technical or vocational training is preferred.
•Skills and ability in basic electricity and at least one other recognized craft

Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
•Follows and complies with established safety, quality, and work practices and procedures.
•Make routine repairs and adjustments to facility, production machines and equipment systems.
•Lead and train others as assigned.
•Completes routine electrical repairs and general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
•Disassemble machinery and equipment and , under instruction, replace worn, faulty parts and reassemble.
•Requisition and/or purchase parts, supplies and materials.
•Maintain Machine Shop tools and equipment.
•Track and record work history and maintain inventory of parts and supplies on a daily basis using a CMMS.
•Creates work orders for planned and unplanned work using computerized maintenance system.
•Estimates job material requirements and cost.
•Prepares work area prior to beginning and after completion of a job.
•Reads and maintains accessible blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, etc.
•Work extended hours and on weekend shifts as needed.
•Follow all Lockout/Tagout requirements and safety procedures.
•Wears proper PPE for job preformed.
•Maintain equipment to ensure quality products.
•Keep work area clean and clear of clutter and debris.
Position Details
•Full Time/Shift: 4:45am-1:30pm
•Located in: Jacksonville, FL
