Job Description:
- Completion of high school or equivalent (GED).
- At least 7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance (familiarity with injection molding machinery is a plus).
- Competence in applying mathematical concepts, such as fractions, ratios, and percentages, to real-world scenarios.
- Ability to understand and interpret various documents, including safety guidelines, maintenance protocols, and hydraulic/electrical schematics.
- Experienced in managing plant shutdowns and restarts.
- Skilled in interpreting electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plant infrastructure, including towers, chillers, dryers, pumps, and other essential equipment for operational functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside supervisors and team members.
- Proficiency in a wide range of systems, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and robotic.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Maintenance Technician III:
1. Must have exp working with Chillers, Dryers. Pumps and Towers.
2. Must have exp working with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Robotics and Process/Injection Moldings.
3. Must have exp working with systems such as rigging, plowing, material systems, and chilled water systems.
4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.
