We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support sheet metal fabrication operations across two facilities. This position is critical to ensuring the uptime and reliability of production equipment and facility systems.
Skills & Abilities:
•
Respond quickly and effectively to production equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
•
Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs on fabrication equipment including lasers, press brakes, and support machinery
•
Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability
•
Perform general facility maintenance (doors, fixtures, plumbing, air lines, etc.) as issues arise
•
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to understand equipment performance concerns and support operational goals
•
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activity
•
Assist with equipment moves, installations, and set-ups as needed
•
Ensure a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
•
Prioritize workload to address urgent needs while maintaining regular PM schedules
•
Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed, regardless of task
•
Willingness to work off shift as needed to support production
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
