About This Job

Job summary:

Provides maintenance and repair of equipment, primarily manufacturing, but can include other equipment in the physical plant. Supports and ensures the quality of manufactured goods and optimal production levels by maintaining manufacturing machinery so it is in sound working order.

Responsibilities/daily tasks:

•

Mechanic / Electrical: Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing causes of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system malfunctions or failures on production equipment and executing the most feasible method of repair. Performs regular preventive maintenance on all machines, equipment and systems in the facility. Maintains the facility and other duties as required.

Perform safety evaluations of facilities interior and exterior. Participate in Safety Committee meetings. Investigates issues and notifies appropriate personnel of problems.

Must have demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively work with people in a team environment.

Qualifications

•

Strong mechanical background.

•

PM experience is required

•

Must be able to perform physical activities that require use of arms and legs, moving body, such as lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials as necessary.

Must pass Company pre-employment testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
