Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Shredder Maintenance to support our night shift operations in North Little Rock, AR. This role is essential to maintaining and repairing equipment that keeps our facility running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, shredders, and sorting lines

- Stick welding and fabrication on stationary equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

- Maintain and repair mobile equipment (forklifts, loaders, skid steers, etc.)

- Ensure proper parts inventory and order as needed

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and daily reports

- Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

- Proficient in stick welding and fabrication (required)

- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs independently

- Familiarity with forklifts, loaders, and material separators preferred

- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute ratios and percentages)

- High school diploma or GED preferred
