Maintenance Mechanic

Eversoft, Inc. is an industry leader in water conditioning technology and services. Based out of Long Beach, CA, we're going on 50 years in operation! We have a unique opportunity for a mechanically-oriented individual to apply their skills in our Regeneration Plant.

Responsibilities for this position include:

- Maintains and repairs vessels, tanks, physical structures and related industrial systems

- Operates water softener regeneration system/multi-fill station

- Performs Confined Space operations

- Maintains and repairs PVC piping

- Inspects and tests plant mechanical systems

- Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions

- Assembles and repairs water softening equipment

- Receives and stocks parts

- Cleans and maintains Regeneration Plant

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Working knowledge of hand and power tools

- Knowledge of pump mechanics required

- Experience working with PVC plumbing

- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring

- Strong problem resolution skills

- Ability to maneuver heavy equipment routinely

- Valid driver license

- Off shift availability

The regular work shift will be 8:00 am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
